Choose the right companion
A pickup pet collects eligible ground drops for its owner. A raised pet provides its own stat bonus and has a separate growth system. Choose a pickup pet for collection and compare raised pets for character bonuses.
Use Pet Filter
Open Pet Filter from the Features menu. Review the active collection profile and its item categories. Specific Always and Never item choices help refine the profile; check both the general category and any item-specific choice when a drop is not collected.
Penya pickup is unconditional in the collection filter. Equipment rarity and level filters apply to eligible item categories, not to the Penya balance.
Why a drop stays on the ground
Pickup still respects loot ownership, party rights, protected drops, event restrictions and inventory capacity. A pet does not make another player’s protected drop yours. Free inventory space and check your filter before assuming collection is broken.
Compare pets and effects
Use the pickup-pet equipment reference to compare available families and their listed effects. Inspect the actual item tooltip before buying; appearance alone does not tell you whether a pet includes an additional bonus.
