Start as a Vagrant
Vagrant is the starting job. Mercenary, Acrobat, Assist and Magician are the four main class families. Your later job determines the weapons, armor and skills that fit your build.
Mercenary and Acrobat
Mercenary branches into Knight and Blade, followed by Templar and Slayer. Eclipse Legacy’s fourth-job paths are Paladin and Swordmaster.
Acrobat branches into Jester and Ranger, followed by Harlequin and Crackshooter. Their fourth-job paths are Assassin and Shadowhunter.
Assist and Magician
Assist branches into Ringmaster and Billposter, followed by Seraph and Force Master. Their fourth-job paths are Saint and Fist King.
Magician branches into Psykeeper and Elementor, followed by Mentalist and Arcanist. Their fourth-job paths are Anomaly and Avatar.
Choose equipment by the full requirement
Master and Hero labels are also part of the character progression. Read the exact requirement on an item, including its job and level, rather than selecting equipment from its broad class tab alone. The fourth-job guides explain weapon identity and signature skills.
