Start with the right guide
Most answers are a click away: the Wiki covers every major system, Patch Notes list each client update, and the Download page has the official installer. When you need a person, ask on Discord or the Forum.
Installation & launcher
Where do I download the game?
Use the official installer on the Download page. The launcher installs the client, applies updates and verifies your files before Play.
What does the launcher do for me?
It checks your installed files against the latest version, downloads anything that changed and offers Verify / Repair if files go missing or get damaged.
How do I know what changed in an update?
Every client update is listed in Patch Notes, and announcements also go out on Discord.
Login
What do I need before I can log in?
An Eclipse Legacy account and a Game Account. Create your account on the website, then make a Game Account in your Account Portal.
I can't remember my account details.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to recover your website account. For a Game Account password, use Forgot your Game Account password? under Game Accounts in your Account Portal.
Display
What resolutions are supported?
Modern resolutions and fullscreen play are supported, including native 1080p and 1440p, as part of the interface modernization.
The game looks wrong after changing settings.
Try toggling fullscreen and re-applying your resolution. If a display issue persists, report it in Discord with your resolution and monitor setup.
Gameplay & UI
Where do I find a specific system, like Bounty or Guild Finder?
Start with the Wiki — it covers Inventory, Equipment Loadouts, Auto Powerups, Bounty, Guilds and every other major system with the shortcuts and menus you need.
How do I track cooldowns, plan a build or check shop prices without alt-tabbing constantly?
Use the player tools: the Dungeon Cooldown Tracker, Build Planner and Shop & Currency Explorer are all free, local to your browser and need no account.
Community support
The Discord server is the fastest way to reach the team and other players — bug reports, technical questions and general help all go through it. Read the community rules before posting. Formal appeals aren't handled through Discord — if you need to contest an enforcement decision, use the appeals page instead.
