Unsigned software can trigger a Windows reputation warning. If Windows or your browser reports an actual threat, do not run the file. Send support the detection name, affected file and a screenshot so we can investigate.
Launcher and Game client releases are tracked separately from website updates. A website feature change is never listed as a client release.
Yes. Choose either official download above. The launcher verifies your client before Play.
Reopen the launcher to continue. It will recheck your files and resume supported downloads or restart the affected file.
Close the game and choose Verify / Repair in the launcher to check for missing or damaged files. If a problem continues, include the error message when contacting support.
You’ll need an Eclipse Legacy account to log in. Create one on the website, then make a Game Account in your Account Portal.
