Respect the person behind the character
No harassment, hate speech, threats or targeted humiliation. Do not encourage others to pile on a player or follow them between channels to continue an argument. Competitive banter stops when it becomes abuse.
Criticism is welcome. Explain what happened, what you disagree with and what would improve it. Leave personal attacks out.
Keep private information private
Do not share someone’s real name, address, contact details, private messages or other identifying information without their permission. Never post passwords, recovery codes or account setup links.
Before sharing a screenshot, check chat, account details and other open windows. Crop or cover private information that is unrelated to your report.
No scams or impersonation
Do not impersonate staff or another player, forge evidence, promote scams or share malicious downloads. Do not use misleading links to collect passwords or account information.
Staff will never ask for your password or recovery codes. A familiar avatar or display name alone does not prove that a message came from staff.
Keep shared spaces safe to browse
Do not post sexual or explicit material, graphic gore, malicious links or instructions intended to compromise someone’s device or account. Do not flood channels with spam, repeated advertisements or unsolicited messages.
Respect moderation boundaries
Do not evade a restriction through another account or ask someone else to post on your behalf. Do not harass staff or players over a moderation decision.
If you disagree with a decision, keep the notice and relevant context. Do not publish private account information to argue your case.
